O’Dwyer Bros. has extensive experience in the Commercial market. We have experience with retail, academic, government/civic, resort, and general large-scale jobs. We are a contracted cleaning supplier for Dollar General Corporation. We have completed major jobs for Middle Tennessee shopping malls, parking garages, school buildings, and more. Our approach is to meet with each prospect and understand their specific needs & parameters of the job. Only then do we bid competitively without compromising quality and turnaround times. We own and utilize industry-recognized best equipment. The owners are on-site with our crews every day to oversee the work, as well as engage with customers to provide the highest level of customer service. Completed projects and bids we have submitted range from private estates well up to six-figure levels. The O’Dwyer Bros. prides itself on delivering the same level of excellence to each project, no matter the size.

Having grown up in the West Meade neighborhood of Nashville, The O’Dwyer Bros. appreciate and are always eager to help customers maintain and improve the outdoor spaces around their homes. Projects range from patios to decks to exterior finishes to driveways and more. Our crews are busy every day in neighborhoods across Middle Tennessee. Often this work involves multiple aspects of our services such as pressure washing and then re-staining and sealing decks; pressure washing and then sealing concrete or asphalt driveways; snow salting throughout the winter months followed by pressure washing these surfaces, etc. Whether you choose us for one service or several services bundled together, we will treat your home as if it were our own. We work with each customer to ensure we meet your needs for quality, cost, timing, and results. SNOW SALTING & MELTING

As a unique component of our service offering, O’Dwyer Bros. also offers snow salting for walkways, steps, sidewalks, patios and related exterior surfaces where winter conditions pose the threat of slipping and falling. Given the unpredictability of winter weather, this is a smart safeguard, be it for families, friends, guests, employees or customers. Snow salting is handled as a “bundled service” where agreement is reached for a predetermined number of salt applications, which also includes pressure washing to remove the salt, so all surfaces are well-maintained. We hope you will think of us for this service and make us a part of your winter preparation plans!

Adopted from the Ukraine as infants, John and Andrew grew up in Nashville, attending Father Ryan High School and ultimately both going on to pursue College World Series rings at two different universities. John and Andrew are no strangers to hard work, to giving back to their community (including their home country of the Ukraine), and have never met a stranger.
